Occasionally family and other constraints compromise the feasibility of working abroad.

Contract packages
TechneQuality contacts clients with manpower needs to review the services required and numbers of personnel. TechneQuality identifies appropriate teams. Logistics support includes arranging accommodation and transport of personnel to the work locations. A contract offer is made to clients complying with all legal, taxation and insurance requirements.
In order to assist the team members as well as the contractors TechneQuality will, if necessary, provide initial training in the area of interest to the contractor. This helps shorten the period in coming up to appropriate levels of operational performance.
Exchange of contracts
Contracts are negotiated with contractors and those employed and on agreement exchanged with TechneQuality or an authorised contract agency becoming responsible for managing the contract. |
