All contracts managed by TechneQuality, or agencies authorised by TechneQuality, are subject to inspection with respect to contractee working conditions.
Safety & productivity
It is possible for a written contract to reflect the conditions at the beginning of a contract. On the other hand as a contract progresses it is possible with changes in business turnover, that clients change how certain operations are carried out. These can result in improved performance and other actions lower performance and even reduce worker safety. A common cause of a reduction in safety is increased throughput creating increased demand for anciliary work such as clearing waste. If an area with a fixed area begins to accumulate clutter this decreases movement and access and can cause serious accidents.
Communications
Many contracts involve teams who speak one principle language working in a country which uses another language. In such cases TechneQuality provides bi-lingual managers. These remain on call through a 24 hour service to clients as well as to team members to resolve communications issues as they arise. These issues might arise in the work place, involving other contractual arrangements or can relate to personal matters such as the need to visit a doctor.
TechneQuality also provide relevant language training for all team members.
Language training environments are also used to instruct team members, at the beginning of a contract, on methods used by the client organization contracting their services. The content of these sessions are developed in collaboration with the contract client. |
