Requests for capabilities
Companies can greatly assist TechneQuality and themselves in planning for future human resources capabilities by sending in requests for human resource capabilities. Thus, where our current availability of human resource skills does not cover a particular area of interest of a potential customer or there are limited numbers on our database then a request will initiate a process whereby TechneQuality will find individuals with the necessary skills. Technequality can then report back to the person making the request on what can be offered to meet the needs.

Essential information
When requesting information on the availablity of specific capabilities requestants can save time and assist TechneQuality by providing the following information:
- proposed starting date for work
- location of deployment in the United Kingdom (or elsewhere)
- the specific skill sets required
- minimum operational experience of individuals
- number of individuals required
- the time frame within which human resources are required, that is the likely duration of contract
Any additional information to this short list of information which can help clarify the work specifications are always welcome.
Safeguards on identity of requestants
Technequality will treat all requests as confidential and we will not pass on to third parties the identity of the requestant. The identity of contracting companies will become evident at such a time that the potential or existing customer agrees to contract TechneQuality services and contractees will be informed of the proposed work, location and contractor's (customer) name. |
